→E-Glass Fiberglass Fabric also called fiberglass fabric which is an engineering material, which has the excellent merit such as anti-burns, anti-corrosion, stable-size, heat-isolation, minimum elongated shrinkage, high intensity, this new material product has already covered many domains such as electric appliances, electronic, transportation, boat building, FRP products, chemical engineering, architectural engineering, heat insulation, sound absorption, fire prevention and environmental protection, etc.
Fiberglass Fabric has: plain weave, twill weave, satin weave, gauze weave.
A).Plain weave: it can be used in electricity insulation materials and reinforced materials in industry, because of inseparable structure, plain and clear lines. 100gsm-800gsm
B).Twill weave: compared with plain weave, it is of high density, high intensity, with a soft and loose structural weave. It can be used in ordinary reinforced materials, filter materials, and painting cloth.
C) Satin weave: compared with plain weave and twill weave, it is of high density,high intensity, with a soft and loose structural weave with a good texture. It is applicable for use as a higher reinforced material in machinery.
D).Gauze weave: said lattice twist weave. It can be used in spread model curtain,resin reinforced emery wheel gray cloth and lattice embed belt.

→Knitted Fiberglass Fabric:
Knitted Fabric reinforcements are produced on large looms where fibers are directionally oriented (X and Y axis, or sometimes referred to as the 0°, 90° and 45° orientation) in multiple layers and then stitched together to keep the fibers in place. The resulting fabric is trimmed and rolled. This production process allows for a multitude of fiber orientation patterns, thickness, weight distribution and the incorporation of different types of reinforcements like carbon fiber or aramid fiber. Fabrics can be balanced, with the same amount of fiber used in both the X and Y axis or unbalanced with added fiber in one axis to provide more reinforcement strength in that direction. Using knitted fabrics allows for significant part or laminate design flexibility and is widely used in boat building, transportation, wind blades and recreational products where specific strength orientation in the laminate is optimal.

High Temperature Proof Fiberglass Fabric
Thicker, heavier and stronger. Provides better durability light and far more resistance to heat impact from welding sparks as compared to other thinner and textured clothes. Non hairy texture preventing irritation to be exposed skin common in other fabric and asbestos clothes. Reduce the overall impact temperature and prevent burn through.
Temperature resistance capability of up to 550°C and can sustain even higher temperature sparks intermittently. Provides better durability, when subjected to heat shock treatments, Soft and flexible, making it ideal for wrapping around uneven surfaces and equipments.
→High Silica Fiberglass Fabric
High silica fiberglass is inorganic fiber which contents more than 96% of SiO2. It is materials of high temperature resistance for fireproof protective cloth, fireproof curtain, fire blanket, protective materials for welding, filter for molten metal, dust collecting in media of high temperature gas and filtration in media of high temperature liquid,etc.
High temperature properties:
Soft point nearly 1700 deg, It can work 10 minutes at 1450 deg
Keep good state at 1600 deg for 15 seconds.
Long period service at 1000 deg for working temperature.
Excellent ability: low thermal conductivity, good chemical stability,
Good electric insulation, low thermal shrinkage.

Unless otherwise specified, the fiberglass products should be in dry, cool and moisture-proof area. The room temperature and humidity should be always maintained at 15ºC~35ºC and 35%~65%. It is best if the product is used within 12 months after production date. The fiberglass products should remain in their original packaging until just prior to user.
