Direct roving for LFT
The glass fibers are impregnated by the molten polymer under the pulling action of the traction apparatus, and cooled to be cut into pellets. It was divided into two processes as LFT-G and LFT-D.
LFT-G :Putting the melted thermoplastic and glass fiber roving into a special mold for coating, impregnation, and then enter into drafting, pelletizing production process. The chopped particles can be made into various products by injection molding or molding.
LFT-D :In the twin-screw extruder, the glass fiber roving and the thermoplastics are mixed and impregnated, and then the mixture is directly made into various products by injection or molding process.

Unless otherwise specified, the fiberglass products should be in dry, cool and moisture-proof area. The room temperature and humidity should be always maintained at 15ºC~35ºC and 35%~65%. It is best if the price is used within 12 months after production date. The fiberglass products should remain in their original packaging until just prior to user.
To ensure safety and avoid damage to the product, the pallets not be stacked more than three layers high. When the pallets are stacked in 2 or 3 layers, special care should be taken to correctly and smoothly move the top pallet.
