Our fiber glass rovings for thermoplastics are ideal options for reinforcing many resin systems such as PA, PBT, PET, ABS, AS and PC. The roving are excellent processability and dispersion, imparting outsanding physical and mechanical properties to the composite products.
988A Direct Roving and/or Assembled Roving for Thermoplastics is an ideal reinforcement for thermoplastics. It is coated with a silane-based sizing compatible with multiple resin systems. 988A is typically designed for the twin screw extrusion process to manufacture thermoplastic pellets/granulates. Key applications include automotive parts, electrical & electronics, mechanical tools, chemical corrosion resistance and sports goods.

Unless otherwise specified, the fiberglass products should be in dry, cool and moisture-proof area. The room temperature and humidity should be always maintained at 15ºC~35ºC and 35%~65%. It is best if the product is used within 12 months after production date. The fiberglass products should remain in their original packaging until just prior to user.
To ensure safety and avoid damage to the product, the pallets not be stacked more than three layers high. When the pallets are stacked in 2 or 3 layers, special care should be taken to correctly and smoothly move the top pallet.

Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
6. What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
