→High Silica Fiberglass Cloth is made by silica fiberglass fabric which is a kind of inorganic fiber contaiting more than 96% SiO2. It is high temperature resistance. Its softening point approaches 1700°C and can be used at 1000°C for a long time. It can work short-term at 1500°C. Silica fabric is applicable for use as a high temperature resistant, heat resistant, fire resistant,and corrosion resistant material.It is widely used in avaiation and aerospace, metallurgy, chemical, building material and fire fighting industry. Apart from applications requiring high temperature-resistance, it is also has insulation and fire prevention uses. Such as Thermal insulation covers, padding, lagging, welding blanket, fire curtain and other heavy duty fire control system. Silica cloth is suitable for coating with difference elastomers and polymers.

High silica fiberglass meh filter are woven with 96% high silica fiberglass yarn and coated with a special resion . Smokeless fiberglass mesh needs another process of smokeless carbonized treated ,which mesh is more flexible ,and has a higher working temperature up to 1640 degree C.

No somoke during touching with molent metal , environment friendly ,better heat resistant strength than the standard type.

High Temperature Proof Fiberglass Fabric

Thicker, heavier and stronger. Provides better durability light and far more resistance to heat impact from welding sparks as compared to other thinner and textured clothes. Non hairy texture preventing irritation to be exposed skin common in other fabric and asbestos clothes. Reduce the overall impact temperature and prevent burn through.

Temperature resistance capability of up to 550°C and can sustain even higher temperature sparks intermittently. Provides better durability, when subjected to heat shock treatments, Soft and flexible, making it ideal for wrapping around uneven surfaces and equipments.
 

 

Silicone Rubber Coated Fiberglass Fabric:

Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric is constructed from a fiberglass base cloth and impregnated or coated one side or both sides with a specially compounded silicone rubber. Due to silicone rubber physiological inert, not only increase the strength, thermal insulation, fireproof , insulating properties, but also has the ozone resistance, oxygen aging, light aging, climate aging , oil resistance and other properties.

SIlicone Rubber coated fiberglass cloth is a fiberglass cloth, which possesses the properties of temperature resistance, anti-corrosion, high strength and made by rolling or impregnation with organic rubber. It is a newly made product with properties and many uses.

It features good rebound resilience, toughness, softness,good abrasion & allergen resistance, oils resistance, cold,aging and weather resistance,and anti-solvents, and water proof.it can withstand temperature up to 180ºC for short bursts,this kind of cloth has lots of positive properties,bright in color, It also has the function of an anti bacterium,and can also be used for mould proofing, heat-insulation and anti-ultraviolet.

Storage

Unless otherwise specified, the fiberglass products should be in dry, cool and moisture-proof area. The room temperature and humidity should be always maintained at 15ºC~35ºC and 35%~65%. It is best if the price is used within 12 months after production date. The fiberglass products should remain in their original packaging until just prior to user.
