→E-glas fiberglass needle mat: is comprised of high purity E-Glass fibers. Chopping in 3cm-8cm fiber by guillotine machine. And then puffed, carded and continuously needled by thousands special needles. We can customize the shape based on the customer's drawing and specifications.
Fiberglass needled mat comprised of inorganic E-Glass fibers. It mainly contains siliceous alumina and calcium oxide. Has excellent quality on heat insulation efficiency, obdurability, fireproofing, non-corrosiveness.Specially excellent in electrical insulation. Fiberglass needled mat needled by e-glass. The resulting product has large number of minute air spaces and excellent sound absorption.

Application:
1.Fiberglass needled mat was immerged into resin and in shape of board. Can be applied to heat and sound insulation for building, Gaskets for air conditioning.
2.Fiberglass needled mat faced aluminum foil or plastic cloth and made in shape of belt. Has good performance on heat insulation and protection for heat & cold pipeline, underground pipeline.
3.Fiberglass needled mat has excellent performance on heat insulation efficiency, obdurability, fireproofling, noncorrosiveness. It can be applied to automotive catalytic converter, Marine industrial, boiler, also suitable to home appliances. It can replace asbestos product.
→High Silica Needle Mat: Silica Needle Mat is made from high silica fiberglass chopped strands through carding and needling process. The silica fibers randomly distribute and wind together during needling process. Silica needle mat possesses 3D structure and highly pore structure with high void content.
Silica Needle Mats with low thermal conductivity, high heat resistance and good acoustic resistance are excellent high temperature insulators. It can be used over long periods without losing the properties and without melting and vaporising at temperatures of up to 1000ºC, and short-time exposure up to 1300°C.

Storage
Unless otherwise specified, the fiberglass products should be in dry, cool and moisture-proof area. The room temperature and humidity should be always maintained at 15ºC~35ºC and 35%~65%. It is best if the price is used within 12 months after production date. The fiberglass products should remain in their original packaging until just prior to user.

T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Generally, it will take 21 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
6. What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
