Polyester surface veil is made of polyester fiber, which is able to integrate fiber and resin completely as a result of its good property of affinity. The resin is capable of permeating through the polyester fiber very fast. In that way, it can lower the risk of separation between the surface mat and the glass-fiber products as well as reduce bubbles and white stains;
The softness of the polyester fiber also provides strong protection for the workers and molds in the process; good membrane performance is suitable for any complex shape product, can cover the grain of the fiberglass products, improve the surface finish and prevent leakage. At the same time, the surface interlaminar shear strength and surface toughness are enhanced by improving the quality of the resin-rich layer on the surface of the FRP product.
Due to the good acid resistance of polyester fiber, the resistance to hydrofluoric acid (HF) is particularly outstanding, so it can improve the chemical resistance of the product.
The UV resistance of the polyester fiber itself effectively improves the UV resistance of the glass fiber surface mat and improves the anti-aging ability of the FRP product.

FIBERGLASS SURFACING TISSUE
Fiberglass surfacing tissue is mainly used for the surface layers of FRP products. It has good capability like fiber dispersion, smooth surface, low binder content, fast resin impregnation and good mould obedience.
