→Fiberglass Direct Roving:
Which is coated with a silane-based sizing and compatible with unsaturated resin, vinyl resin, and epoxy resin. It used to produce gratings, various rods and profiles. Main uses include manufacture of FRP pipes of various diameters, high-pressure pipes for petroleum transitions, pressure vessels, storage tanks, and, insulation materials such as utility rods and insulation tube.

It's also called Single-end roving is the primary reinforcement for filament winding and pultrusion applications and is the input fiber used to produce woven roving and knitted fabrics.

Single-end continuous rovings are produced by pulling glass fibers directly from the furnace bushing, applying sizing to the cooling fibers, and winding them into a roving package or doff. Because of its excellent dry tensile strength, single-end rovings are ideal for high glass content applications like pultrusion and filament winding. Because the fiber is used as input for woven roving and knitted fabrics, single-end rovings are also widely use in open mold and infusion applications when configured into fabrics.

→Assembled roving:
Which is compatible with unsaturated polyester resin.It delivers properties of low static,excellent dispersion and good wet out in resins.It is mainly used in bathroom,vessels and etc.

It's also called Gun Roving / Spray up roving which is used in the spray-up (chopping) molding process and is the reinforcement of choice for high production open mold manufacturing.

Gun Roving (also known as continuous strand roving) is comprised of many small diameter fiberglass filaments that are combined to form a roving fiber bundle that is wound into a doff or a creel. In the spray-up process, the continuous roving strand is fed into a chopper gun that chops the strands into short lengths and deposits the fiber into a resin spray pattern for application on the mold surface. In this way, the wet-out glass laminate is created from the spray gun. The laminate is then rolled to remove entrapped air and the laminate cures. Gun Roving used in the chopping process provides fast production of larger parts like boat hulls, RV parts, and swimming pools and is the most common reinforcement used in open mold manufacturing.

→Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat:
Which is an non-woven E- or C-glass fiberglass fabric manufactured by spreading continuous filament rovings of 50mm in length randomly and uniformly in combination with polyester binder in power form (or other binder in emulsion form).

Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) is a random fiber mat that provides equal strength in all directions and is used in a variety of hand lay-up and open-mold applications. Chopped strand mat is produced by chopping continuous strand roving into short 1.5 to 3 inch lengths and dispersing the cut fibers randomly over a moving belt to form a "sheet" of random fiber mat. A binder is applied to hold the fibers together and the mat is trimmed and rolled. Because of is random fiber orientation, chopped strand mat conforms easily to complex shapes when wet-out with polyester or vinyl ester resins. Chopped strand mats are available as a roll stock product produced in a variety of weights and widths to suit specific applications.

Emulsion Chopped Strand Mats
Emulsion Chopped Strand Mats are made of randomly distributed chopped strands held together by an emulsion binder.  They are compatible with UP and VE resins.  The roll width ranges from 200mm to 3,120mm.  Special requirements may be available upon request.

Powder Chopped Strand Mats
Powder Chopped Strand Mats are made of randomly distributed chopped strands held together by a powder binder.  They are compatible with UP, VE, EP and PF resins.  The roll width ranges from 200mm to 3,120mm.  Additional demands on wet-out and decomposition time can be available upon request.
 

→Fiberglass cloth:
Which also called fiberglass fabric which is an engineering material, which has the excellent merit such as anti-burns, anti-corrosion, stable-size, heat-isolation, minimum elongated shrinkage, high intensity, this new material product has already covered many domains such as electric appliances, electronic, transportation, chemical engineering, architectural engineering, heat insulation, sound absorption, fire prevention and environmental protection, etc.

Fiberglass Fabric has: plain weave, twill weave, satin weave, gauze weave.
a).Plain weave:  it can be used in electricity insulation materials and reinforced materials in industry, because of inseparable structure, plain and clear lines. 100gsm-800gsm
b).Twill weave: compared with plain weave, it is of high density, high intensity, with a soft and loose structural weave. It can be used in ordinary reinforced materials, filter materials, and painting cloth.
c) Satin weave: compared with plain weave and twill weave, it is of high density,high intensity, with a soft and loose structural weave with a good texture. It is applicable for use as a higher reinforced material in machinery.
d).Gauze weave: said lattice twist weave. It can be used in spread model curtain,resin reinforced emery wheel gray cloth and lattice embed belt.

Which is made of glass fiber woven fabric and coated with alkali resistant emulsion. The product has the characteristics of stable structure, high strength, good alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, crack resistance, etc. with the best reforcement effect, simple construction and easy operation. Storage

Unless otherwise specified, the fiberglass products should be in dry, cool and moisture-proof area. The room temperature and humidity should be always maintained at 15ºC~35ºC and 35%~65%. It is best if the price is used within 12 months after production date. The fiberglass products should remain in their original packaging until just prior to user.

To ensure safety and avoid damage to the product, the pallets not be stacked more than three layers high. When the pallets are stacked in 2 or 3 layers, special care should be taken to correctly and smoothly move the top pallet.
